Guthrie Kitchen & Bath Plus, LLC has developed strong partnerships over the years with local builders, working together to help make their client’s design dreams a reality. We apply our team’s resources to ensure the satisfaction of each client’s individual needs.

We work with builders in high volume developments as well as individual, spec, and custom home builds. Our experienced team offers a range of services and products that perfectly complement our partners’ home building services.

When you partner with Guthrie Kitchen & Bath Plus, LLC, we provide a full product selection center with everything your clients need under one roof. You will get a superb service for yourself and your client, with a personalized experience for each customer. Our designers personally assist each client with everything from design to product selection to installation needs. Your client will be completely satisfied with not only the materials selected but also with the individual experience they will not find anywhere else.

We employ proven processes and tools to ensure the success of every project, including BuilderTrend software to manage project scheduling, project management, and customer management functionalities. Here are the key services we offer our Builder Partners and their clients:

Design

We know that you have taken great care with every detail of your client’s home design. Let our team add our expertise in the overall interior design process. Our experienced designers can assist you and your client in any home living space, taking into consideration the needs of both the client and the builder when planning a customized design. We have a team that is skilled with helping clients envision and create a space that is beautiful and stylish and utilizes every inch to maximize functionality. To simplify the builder’s workload, our team prints elevations and design renderings for clients as well as contractors. Laminated copies of elevations are taken to jobsites with measurements that are needed for other trades.

Product Selection and Ordering

Guthrie has everything you need to turn each client’s design dreams into reality. Our knowledgeable team has the experience to help your clients select the perfect products to express their style, all while staying within their budget allowance.

If you prefer to install the products yourself, we are happy to order and deliver the products to your site and leave the installation to you. Want to keep it simple by having us install the products for you? Our team also offers a full product installation service for all products we provide.
